This fund list contains the names of FSC Member Organisations that offer or intend to offer SIV Compliant Funds (this is not a Government endorsement).
The list can be used as a resource for potential investors to contact these organisations to discuss potential investments under the SIV framework. FSC does not guarantee that every fund on this list is currently compliant or will remain compliant and FSC does not make any representation in relation to the complying status of such funds.
The “SIV Compliant Funds” named on this page were considered to be funds which were compliant with Legislative Instrument IMMI 15/100: Complying Investments of 25 June 2015, made pursuant to regulation 5.19C of the Migration Regulations 1994, outlined in Austrade’s Significant Investor Visa Complying Investment Framework. Alternatively, organisations have been named who have advised us that they intend to provide a compliant fund over the next 12 months.
None of Austrade, FSC or the product issuers, is under any obligation to notify you of any changes to a product’s SIV complying status and you should confirm with the relevant product issuers that their products listed herein remain SIV compliant, before taking any action. Neither Austrade nor FSC were involved in the assessment of these funds against the SIV Complying Investment Framework, and their inclusion on this webpage is in no way an endorsement of any of the funds; whether as to complying status or of any other matter.
