Neil Younger is the Group CEO of Entireti, which is the parent company of the Fortnum Group, Personal Financial Services, Akumin and Entireti Alliances.
Neil is an established industry leader and experienced Senior Financial Services Executive, specialising in wealth management, licensee management, and advice and distribution, with a profound understanding of financial services regulatory reform. He brings extensive board and responsible management experience across various entities, regulated licensee businesses, and advice boards.
Neil's extensive executive level experience has been gained from roles such as General Manager at Commonwealth Bank Financial Planning, Head of Licensee Services at BT Financial Group and CEO of Securitor. He excels in strategy development and execution, sales leadership, organisational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
Neil is a Co-Chair of the FSC Advice Board Committee and is a member of the Licensee Leadership Forum. He is also an active participant in engagement with Government, Treasury and with regulators, which reflects his active engagement in shaping industry standards and policies.
Neil holds a commerce degree in Economics, a diploma in Financial Planning and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
