The FSC provides a range of resources to support members in meeting their Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO). Explore the sections below to access the relevant guidance, templates and supporting materials.
The FSC has released an updated Target Market Determination (TMD) template for funds management, superannuation choice products (master trusts), superannuation wraps, IDPSs and managed accounts.
Please note that from 1 July 2024, FSC TMD templates are available exclusively to FSC members. To discuss membership, please contact Member Services at membership@fsc.org.au.

The FSC’s TMD templates are widely adopted across the financial services industry and are designed to assist investment product issuers in meeting their DDO compliance obligations.
The updated templates are available for immediate use. However, product issuers should note that industry service providers and investment platforms may require time to implement the revised formats. We encourage issuers to engage with relevant stakeholders to align implementation timeframes.
Access for FSC members
FSC Full, Supporting and Associate Members can access and download the templates by signing in to their FSC account and selecting the relevant template.
Access for non-members
