The Financial Services Council (FSC) is the peak industry body for Australia's financial services sector, representing more than 140 Full Members, Supporters and Associate organisations.

FSC Full Members represent Australia's retail and wholesale funds management businesses, superannuation funds, investment platforms and financial advice licensees.

Supporters represent professional services firms such as ICT, consulting, accounting, legal, recruitment, actuarial and research houses.

Australia's financial services industry manages and invests more than $4 trillion on behalf of over 16.9 million Australians.

This pool of managed funds is larger than Australia's GDP and the total capitalisation of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), making Australia one of the largest managed funds markets in the world.
