Standards & Guidance

Supporting good governance

The Financial Services Council is a peak body which sets mandatory Standards for its Full Members and offers guidance notes and information sheets that support good governance, consistent practices and high standards across Australia's financial services sector.

These resources help FSC Full members and the broader industry understand regulatory expectations, promote industry best practice and support the delivery of better outcomes for consumers.

Full Members can also access compliance resources to assist with meeting their obligations under the FSC Standards framework.

Below you can access the FSC Standards. You can also access FSC Guidance Notes, as well as FSC Information Sheets.
