Technology Workshop Series IV - Is the future of funds management direct to consumer?

Technology & Innovation

Net investment performance is a hot media topic.

How do investment managers achieve improvements to the bottom line without impacting the quality of their work?

Monetary stimulus, regulatory scrutiny, government sensitivities are all putting pressure on fees and expenses.

Many large pension funds are in-sourcing asset management functions, creating a new force of competition, while others are consolidating institutional and retail sales teams.

How can technology bridge this gap, reduce operating costs for fund managers and forge a sticky relationship with the end investor?
