On 12 January 2024, following public consultation, the Federal Government released draft legislation proposing a climate related financial disclosure regime. The proposed regime has implications for Australian businesses, including financial institutions, in identifying and assessing their reporting and disclosure obligations.

This webinar will consider an overview and roadmap for compliance with Australia's proposed climate related financial disclosure regime, as well as an update on the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures.

The webinar will be presented by:

  • Jillian Button, Partner and Head of Climate Change, Allens
  • Tom Hall, Senior Associate, Allens
